One person leaves the room while the rest of the group decides on a secret word such as "toothbrush."When the player returns to the group, the other players engage him in conversation and try to get him to say the secret word.
Once he says the word, another player leaves the room and a different word is chosen.

That sounds like fun! It would be interesting to try it with my teenage girls group as an entire evening activity. We could engage in something else but allow the secret word game to intermingle!
